When booking a room, it is necessary to agree on the possibility of living in a room with a pet. The hotel reserves the right to determine whether it is possible for this pet to live in a hotel room. The cost of a pet in a room is 1000 rubles per day.

Rules for accommodation with pets

• Living in a hotel with wild animals is prohibited;
• The definition of “Pet” includes breeds of dogs and cats weighing up to 15 kg;
• The hotel allows people with disabilities to live with guide dogs serving their needs;
• When settling in a hotel with pets, the guest is obliged to familiarize himself with the “Rules for living guests with pets” and put a signature confirming agreement with these rules;
• Guests arriving at the hotel with pets must have a certificate from a veterinarian with a note of all vaccinations or present a standard veterinary passport;
• Accommodation with pets is allowed at the rate of one pet per room;
• A guest living with an animal undertakes to ensure compliance with the sanitary and hygienic regime in the room and on the territory of the hotel;
• A guest must bring a special mat or special cage for a pet;
• In public areas (corridors, halls and elevators) a pet over 5 kg must be muzzled and on a leash, a bird must be in a cage;
• Keeping a bird in a room is allowed only in a cage;
• Leave a pet in the room unattended by its owner is forbidden;
• Walking pets at the hotel and on lawns is strictly prohibited;
